AAA Top Shops have been awarded each year to member shops which exceed expectations and strict standards. Facilities must belong to the AAA Approved Auto Repair network to be eligible and all facilities must meet more than 20 AAA standards including annual inspections by AAA, staff automotive service excellence technicians for each area of service the shop offers, guarantee repairs for at least 12 months or 12,000 miles for AAA members and accept final decisions of the AAA in resolving disputes with AAA members.
Top Shops must also preserve a 90 percent customer approval rating and uphold an exemplary business record, something Hi-Tech Car Care owner Jim Garnand holds very close to his heart.
