BG Lifetime Protection Plan
BG Products is one of the largest chemical and lubricant manufacturers in the United States. The BG Lifetime Protection plan covers all components of your vehicle, including the engine, fuel system, and automatic transmission. This plan is simple to use, assuring you that you will receive the highest quality products and services available anywhere.
What Is The BG Lifetime Protection Plan?
The Lifetime BG Protection Plan begins after initial service with BG products and continues as long as necessary service is performed within specific periods. To maintain protection, engine service must be performed within 5,000 miles (8,000 km) of the previous service. Service on automatic transmission, differential, transfer case, manual transmission, transaxle, brakes, and cooling system must be performed within 30,000 miles (50,000 km) of the previous service.
Coverage is divided into two levels depending on the mileage of your vehicle when coverage is initiated. Plan 1 covers vehicles on which the initial service was performed within 36,000 miles (60,000 km). Plan 2 covers vehicles on which the initial service was performed between 36,001 miles (60,001 km) and 75,000 miles (120,000 km). Nationwide Warranty
Hi-Tech Car Care is a Tech-Net Professional Auto Service Center. If you spend as little as $30 with Hi-Tech Car Care, you are eligible for roadside assistance, towing, and rental car expenses. The Tech-Net Nationwide Warranty covers most parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles (20,000 km), whichever comes first. Some of the components covered include:
- Engine performance, drivability, services, and repair
- Emission control system
- Electronic engine management and other onboard computer systems
- Cruise control systems
- Engine cooling systems
- Starting and charging systems
- Electrical systems
- Exhaust system

The road hazard tire protection plan is an optional service offered by Hi-Tech car care. The plan has a duration of 12 months and offers reimbursement of up to $75.00 for flat tire changing assistance and $25.00 for flat tire repair. Covered services include:
- Nails or glass damage
- Bruise or breaks
- Potholes or curb damage
- Punctures

Underinflation causes increased tire wear and decreases fuel economy. Properly inflated tires are also safer; they run cooler, braking is improved, steering is improved, handling is improved, and the chance of tire failure is reduced. Replacing the air in your tires with nitrogen can provide up to a 10% improvement in fuel economy, up to a 30% increase in tire life, and provide greater safety on the road.
Replacing the air in your tires with nitrogen provides these advantages by eliminating the oxygen in the air. Oxygen molecules are smaller than nitrogen molecules and leak out three to four times faster. When filled with nitrogen, the tires on your car will maintain proper tire inflation pressure longer.
