I read about this place online and drove all the way from Globe for a few services . They came in under quote and also guarantee work which is nice. They did let me know some stuff that needed attention soon for preventative maintenance and will gladly drive the hour and a half to go back

I dropped my car at my appointment time. As always, they were ready to handle the service, did so promptly and perfectly. They offered to drop me at my office, but I was able to do my work via their guest wi-fi and waiting the 90 minutes was no problem. Best place in Phoenix for automotive repair. Honest, fair pricing. And on the one occasion I had an issue post appointment (about 8 years ago), they apologized and corrected it immediately at no cost.

Wow! Hi-Tech Car Care absolutely blew me away with their service! I came in to replace a battery that was still under warranty and the whole experience was phenomenal. The team was incredibly friendly, super efficient and had everything handled before I even had time to get comfortable in the waiting area.
They honored the warranty without any hassle, explained everything clearly and had the new battery installed in no time. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this honest, fast and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers.
I left super impressed and grateful — Hi-Tech Car Care has definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly, highly recommend them!

Health and Safety Measures
These are unprecedented times. With everything going on we want to assure you that we are here to help. While we are open and continuing to service vehicles and we are committed to taking precautions to keep our customers, employees and everyone we contact safe.
You can get your car fixed without ever needing to enter our shop. Here’s how:
No Contact Drop Box: We have a key drop at our front door. We have drop envelopes, or you may use your own. We will need basic information: your name, phone number and vehicle.
Include service information, or you can do it by phone, text or online @ www.hi-techcarcare.com/contact.
Disinfecting Keys and Vehicle: Upon receipt your keys will be disinfected (as a precaution). While our staff works on your vehicle, they will wear safety gloves. Once the work is done on your vehicle, we will disinfect any high-touch areas, such as the steering wheel, gear shift, rearview mirror and door handles… Before returning your key we will disinfect it again.
Phone and Email Communication: We can contact you via phone, text or email so you know what is going on with your vehicle and approve any work to be done. No need to wait at the shop.
Pay by Phone: Give us a call and pay over the phone. No need to come in to pay.
Delivery: When your vehicle is complete it will be parked and sanitized. Then we will lock it, sanitize the key, secure key in lock box and program your access code to insure only can access your key.
Vehicle Pick Up and Delivery: You can even have your vehicle repaired without leaving home. Hi-Tech will pick up your car from your home or office and return it when it’s done – for FREE*.
Do NOT Fear: We are not afraid of you. We would love to see you. Come on in! We are sanitizing the office, front counter, door handles, and bathroom very regularly to reduce the spread of germs.
