By far the best shop in the valley. My husband and I have brought every vehicle we’ve owned in at some point or another since we found them about 4 years ago, Our Explorer and our old Ranger truck with 300,000 miles on it. They operate with honesty and integrity, and their pricing is very fair. They’re generous with their time and expertise. As long as we live in the Valley we’ll be taking our car to Hi-Tech, and we’re always recommending it to friends and family!

I have been taking my Ford Truck here for a little over 3 years, What gave me confidence to visit the first time were the reviews that mentioned honest mechanics who didn't take advantage of their clients. After multiple visits, (mostly maintenance-related), I am happy to say that I can confirm the integrity and fairness of the team at Hi-Tech. I have never felt pressured to purchase something that wasn't necessary, things have always been explained to me until I understood, and they have never given me a hard time when I chose to do something on my own instead of through their shop. And they never made me feel dumb if I didn't understand something. After all, modern trucks and cars are complicated! There is no better feeling than having the confidence of turning the key in the ignition and knowing my Ford truck is going to start without any problems, and that I will be able to get from Point A to Point B safely and without any problems. That is the real value that I have found here, and that is why I keep coming back.

These guys saved my day. Was on the highway and something was dragging from my Ford. they looked at it immediately and fixed it within 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me! Such nice genuine guys. I can't be more appreciative. Will be back for sure!
